Jeffrey L. Warfield, MAI, has been appraising real estate since 1988. He is a member of the Appraisal Institute and holds the designation. Mr. Warfield earned a Bachelor of Science Degree with an emphasis in financing; from Minnesota State University Mankato. Appraisal experience includes the valuation of virtually all types of commercial and industrial property. Prior to forming Warfield Appraisal Group, Mr. Warfield practiced with Patchin Messner & Dodd for seven years with emphasis in ad valorem tax appeal and other litigation assignments. Previous appraisal experience focused on the Rochester, Minnesota market and surrounding communities for nine years. Appraisals completed in this area were predominately for purposes of financing, condemnation and estate planning. Mr. Warfield has also served as an expert witness at various legal proceedings.
